NoCSim 2.0: A Fast Network on Chip Simulator
NoCSim 2.0 is a SystemC based flit accurate Network on Chip simulator. It is highly configurable and can simulate a variety of topologies and routing techniques. It is an excellent platform for evaluating new schemes and designs as well.
Architecture
The NoCSim Simulator consists of the following units.
Network Generator [Configuration Parser and Network creation engine]
Network Component Library [Collections of Router and Core Network Interface modules]
Configurable Core Library [Collection of Synthetic and Real IP Cores: Processors and Other IP Cores]
Simulation Engine [OSCI SystemC 2.2 Simulation Engine]
